Infrared Cabin

Turn off, let yourself go and tank up on energy. While you simply sit and relax your body goes through an effective fitness programme. Infrared cabins are becoming more and more highly rated for healthy perspiration; through low temperatures they are especially beneficial for the circulation.

Even people more sensitive to high temperatures will enjoy the deep warmth at relatively low temperatures from 38° to 55° C. The cabin's secret is beneficial radiated heat which goes directly from the source of heat onto your skin and causes the body to perspire. Toxins are washed from the body and body and skin are revitalized!

In addition to our infrared cabin in our wellness area we also have something rather exciting: we have built an infrared cabin in the new Panorama Suites which is something unique to South Tyrol. Here you can spoil yourself with beneficial warmth and stunning views of the Dolomite mountain scenery.
