Our tasting menu

One menu. 7 courses. Composed from the best ingredients our surroundings have to offer. Made by small local producers. From farmers who keep their animals with passion. Inspired by forests and meadows. With herbs and vegetables straight from the Lechnerhof garden. Processed with love to create a menu that promises explosions on the palate.

On Thursday, Friday and Saturday  head chef Hannes Baumgartner and Youssef Fasano invite you to a tasting menu in the Kaminstube. The number of seats is limited, so please book in advance.
