The Amuse Bouche Gourmet Menu

We love good food and that is not the only reason why the quality of the products that are processed in the kitchen is so important to us. We believe in natural, straightforward and regional cuisine. There is always the natural flavour of the ingredients at the fore. This is honest cooking at its best - and tastes incredibly good!

Gault & Millau honored our kitchen team in 2018 with 14 points and one toques. Every wednesday our guests can choose to enjoy a degustation menu with the accompainiment of the corresponding wines in our Kaminstube - the so called "Amuse Bouche" Menü (at a surcharge).

The Amuse Bouche menu is also bookable for external guests.
