Special times require special measures

We do everything for a restful and relaxing time. Also this year!
We have rethought the in-house processes, agreed rules of conduct and expanded the cleaning standards with all the necessary current precautions. We want to make everything as normal as possible. Of course, always in compliance with the statutory provisions! Here you will find everything you need to know for this special time. We adapt to the current legal regulations.

All of our employees work with mouth and nose mask. We also ask you to wear your mouth and nose protection (e.g. a tube cloth, scarf or mask) in all closed common areas (of course, this does not apply to eating or drinking in the bar or in the restaurant).

#1 protection

Of course we keep to the legal minimum distance.
All of our employees work with mouth and nose protection.
And our team is continuously trained about the increased hygiene measures.

The following also applies to our guests: Please bring your personal mouth and nose protection (e.g. tube cloth, scarf or mask) with you and wear it in the closed common areas. On request, we can provide a hygiene set with a face mask and disinfectant

 

# 2 disinfection

All touchpoints in the public areas are specially disinfected.
This applies to door handles, elevator buttons, room cards, objects and surfaces.

You will find sufficient natural disinfectant dispensers throughout the house.
And during the night we also disinfect all public areas with our ozone generator every day.

 

# 3 check-in & check-out
You can check in comfortably from home.
A smile to greet and say goodbye connects us warmly.

 

# 4 sleep

There is a lot of space in our rooms. Fortunately, it has always been important to our dad to build generously,
because he is of the opinion that when you are on vacation you should create a small home with a place to retreat to a lot of space.

 

# 5 cleaning

We have always attached great importance to cleanliness. Even more now!
The cleaning process of our maids has been expanded and meets the highest hygiene regulations.
After a guest has left, we also carry out a complete disinfection of the room after the final cleaning.

 

# 6 food
In the restaurant, the legal minimum distance between the tables is observed.

In the morning
For now, there is no longer a buffet. But a lot of pleasure. Served at the table. As usual with the tastiest products. Most of them are homemade or from local producers.

In the afternoon

In the afternoon we offer a small snack in our bar.

In the evening
In the evening we serve our 5-course gourmet menu directly at the table as usual.

 

# 7 relax

Our swimming pool (indoor and outdoor pool) as well as the sauna and the relax area are open as usual.
At the pool and the sauna we kindly ask you to maintain the minimum distance requested and to respect the max. capacity of each area.

 

# 8 experience

Fortunately we have so much fresh air and lots of space in nature!
That's why you can hike or mountain bike in the mountains as usual,
Also our activity program takes place as usual.

 

# 9 individual responsibility

We have modified our cancellation policy for this summer and ask all guest who don't feel healthy to stay at home. For the secure of everybody.
Therefore your booking can be rebooked free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.

Out of consideration for all other guests and our team, we ask that the minimum distances be observed and toprotect your mouth and nose with a mask.

Please use the elevator alone or with your own family.

Wash your hands regularly! There are also disinfectant dispensers everywhere in the house. Use it!

 

# 10 Drive home carefree

Seriological antibody Covid tests can be organized upon departure
for your carefree journey home (extra charge)
