To clear up one thing once and for all: It’s not true that yoga doesn’t make you sweat. And if yoga makes you think of omms, breathing exercises, and incense sticks, you may not be entirely wrong, but you’re not exactly right, either. Yoga is a perfect way to find balance for people who are under a lot of stress and never seem to be able to just sit back and relax. Yoga gives you toned muscles, high flexibility, and—last but not least—a good physical feeling. Our yoga instructor will help you find your balance with physical and breathing exercises. We offer yoga classes once a week in winter and twice a week in summer in the White Room (Weißer Raum), which sports a view that helps you relax even more.
