Chef Marco Perez and his team take our guests on a culinary journey through South Tyrol. It leads up to the mountains, down to the water, into a world of contrasts.
As quality is very important to us we grow fruit and vegetables ourselves and we rely on organic products from small local producers and suppliers. We like it natural, regional and honest. A cuisine in which the ingredients are the focus. Just like our guests.
