You won’t just train in a beautiful environment, but also use aesthetically pleasing equipment. The equipment in our Wood & Water Gym is not just elegant and mainly made from wood, it also runs on water resistance. Wait, what? It means you’ll be using your muscular strength against the resistance of the water, and the difficulty level of the exercise is entirely up to you. The rowing machine improves your strength and stamina: A slow pull will meet with only low resistance, but as you increase traction speed, resistance can grow quite high. Rowing is a very efficient full-body workout that uses about 85 % of your muscles! The grinder is for upper-body workout; you can set your desired weights and water resistance at the training station. Dumbbell swing exercises encourage momentum and elasticity, keeping your connective tissue intact. As for the wall bars: You can stretch your body, do chin-ups, or perform hanging and swinging exercises. You’ll be amazed at the versatility of this retro tool.
