In this case, please inform us in good time, as we will try to sell the room again in order to minimise your cancellation costs. As a general rule, there is no right of cancellation as defined by the Consumer Protection Code.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
29 to 14 days before arrival: the 300-euro deposit will be retained
13 to 3 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
2 days before arrival: 100 % of the total price
Only written cancellations will be accepted.
In the event of early departure, the guest is obliged to pay the price for the days spent and 100% of the price for the agreed remaining unused services.
So that you can look forward to your holiday without any worries, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Our price philosophy
Our prices are based on demand and occupancy in the respective travel period. The earlier you book, the cheaper the price. Prices may therefore increase if enquiries are made at short notice.
Tourist tax
All guests aged 14 and over are subject to a local/tourist tax of 3.50 euros per overnight stay. This is a contribution to the preservation of the natural and cultural treasures of our region.
Dogs
Your four-legged companion is also welcome to holiday with us. We also have a Bernese hound called Lotte. To ensure that everyone gets on well together, we only allow a very limited number of dogs at the same time. We therefore ask you to let us know at the time of booking. Thank you for your understanding. We charge 35 euros per day for your dog. To ensure that your holiday, that of your four-legged friend and also that of our dog-free guests is harmonious and relaxed, we have laid down some house rules which we ask you to follow. You will find out more about this on arrival. The owner is liable for any damage, which is why every dog should be insured.
Sustainable together
Sustainability has always been a top priority for us. Everyone can get involved... Here are just a few examples of how you can make a contribution during your stay:
Take advantage of Greenday and do without room cleaning on this one day.
Use only one towel for swimming
Show our housekeeping that you would like to reuse your towels by hanging them up.
Travel by train - before your arrival we will send you a QR code with which you can travel free of charge by train from Brennero/Brenner to Brunico/Bruneck.
Use the e-bike hire service or public transport (free of charge for you) to discover our region.
Thank you for your valuable contribution to the well-being of our nature and environment
Air conditioning? Not necessary!
Fortunately, here in the mountains, at just under 1,000 metres above sea level, you don't need air conditioning. On particularly hot summer days, it's enough to keep the blackout blinds closed during the day and air the room well before going to bed. Shortly after sunset, a cool breeze comes from Kronplatz and the forest... our natural air conditioning.
Parking & e-charging station
There is a free car park in front of the hotel, and it is also possible to park in the underground car park. If you would like to reserve a parking space in the underground car park, this is possible at a charge of 8 euros per night.
Do you drive an electric car? We think that's great! You can charge your electric car conveniently at our charging station for an extra charge. Charging is possible with all common petrol cards.
Pre-booking for beauty and spa treatments
We kindly ask you to book your spa and beauty treatments in advance. Appointments that are not cancelled at least 12 hours before the agreed appointment will be charged at 50%.
Payment modalities
Final payment can be made by bank transfer, cash, Bancomat, Visa, EC or Mastercard.
