Arrangements: The listed prices are per person per day including gourmet 3/4 board. Uneaten meals may not be deducted from the bill.

Check-in and check-out: You may move into your room from 2:00 pm onwards. If you arrive any later than 7:00 pm, please let us know. Please vacate your room by 11:00 am on the day of your departure.

Cancellation policy: Our cancellation conditions: We offer a free cancellation until 15 days before arrival. In the case of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded minus a processing fee of EUR 30.00 or credited in the form of a voucher (for the full amount) without an expiry date.

Dogs on holiday:  Your four-legged companion is also welcome to vacation with us. We ourselves also have a Bernese mountain dog named Lotte. For a good coexistence of all, we only allow a very limited number of dogs at the same time. We therefore ask you to let us know when booking. Thank you for your understanding. There will be charged 35 euros per day for your dog.  To ensure that your holiday, that of your four-legged friend and also that of the dog-free guests, is harmonious and relaxed, we have laid down some house rules that we ask you to follow. We will let you know upon arrival. The owner is liable for any damage, which is why every dog ​​should be insured.

Reservations at the beauty and spa area: To comply with your wishes as best as possible, we kindly ask you to make your beauty and spa reservations in advance of your trip. Any appointments that have not been cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be billed at 50 % of the rate.

Room preference: We will be happy to note your preferred room category; however, we cannot guarantee a reservation for a specific room number or on a specific floor.
