The Family Suite PETRUS was made for families who need real space. At 63 m², it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with plenty of room to play. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and leads directly into the main bathroom with massage shower, separate WC and bidet. The children's room has two separate beds and its own bathroom with shower and WC just next door. The balcony faces west over the village and valley – perfect for long evenings in the sun.

The Double Room TAL is our smallest – 21 m², a comfortable bed, a closed bathroom with shower and a balcony looking out towards the valley and the village. For anyone who knows they'll spend most of their time outside, it's exactly enough.

The Loggia Room DELUXE was completely renovated in spring 2026 and sits on the top floor, facing south. Around 33 m², warm terracotta tones and lovely views over the garden and Plan de Corones. The highlight is the outdoor whirlpool on the loggia balcony – soaking in the fresh air, summer and winter alike.

The Loft Suite was completely renovated in spring 2026 and is a surprisingly spacious and bright 37 m² – open in its layout, with a bathroom that's partly part of the room and partly its own space. The bathroom features a large shower and an ofuro, a traditional soaking tub, for total relaxation. Situated on the top floor with lovely views over the garden and Plan de Corones. And then there's the outdoor living room – a generous open-air space with a view, the kind of spot you settle into and don't want to leave.

The Wellness Suite is one of our favourite suites. Sixty square metres, soft colours, organic shapes and natural clay plaster throughout. A bright living room, a walk-in wardrobe and a bedroom with a balcony looking out over the meadow and the forest. And a bathroom that's reason enough to book: a freestanding whirlpool bath, a shower with its own steam cabin and a separate WC with bidet. A suite that does you good inside and out.

The Double Room ENGEL has a clear favourite spot – and it's not inside. The loggia balcony with its hammock and views over the garden and the Kronplatz is where you'll want to be. The room itself is warm and easy: 30 m², good wood, soft fabrics, a closed bathroom with shower. The UP-LIFT designer chair is the kind of seat you sink into and don't leave in a hurry either.

The Suite KRONPLATZ is built around one simple idea: living and sleeping in separate spaces. Around 34 m², with a sliding door between the bedroom and the living area – from the bed you look straight out to the Kronplatz, catching the afternoon sun. The living room has a sofa bed for two, the bathroom a generous rain shower and separate WC. And a lovely balcony facing the garden.

There is only one of this suite – and it shows. Sixty square metres on the third floor, natural clay plaster, a generous living area and a bedroom that closes off with a sliding door, looking out over the greenery. The bathroom has a shower with its own steam cabin and a separate WC with bidet. And then there's the terrace: an outdoor whirlpool for two, facing south-west over the meadow and forest – just as good in the middle of winter as on a warm summer evening.

he Double Room PETRUS is the kind of room that feels quiet the moment you walk in. Bright, warm, with views over the garden and the Kronplatz – and around 34 m² that never feel wasted. There's a cosy seating area, plenty of wood, and an infrared cabin right in the room with a view. The semi-open bathroom with glass front and rain shower flows easily into the space. The separate WC with bidet is just next to it, tucked away neatly.

The Spa Suite HERNEGG is one of our favourite suites. At 60 m², it has a separate bedroom and living room, a big cosy couch and a reading nook right by the window. The bedroom opens directly onto the covered roof terrace, and from the bed you look straight out to the Kronplatz. Morning and afternoon sun. And then the bathroom: a bathtub with a view, rain shower, infrared cabin, double washbasin and a separate WC with bidet. A suite you won't be in any hurry to leave.

The Family Suite RIED is 46 m² and built around one idea: everyone gets their own space. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms – parents and kids each with their own room and their own bathroom. The master bedroom is spacious, has a cosy seating area and leads directly into the main bathroom with bathtub, rain shower, separate WC and bidet. The children's room has two separate beds and a small bathroom of its own right next door. For bigger families, the sofa bed can be made up as an extra double. And a balcony that catches the morning sun.

The Family Suite TAL has 31 m² and a layout that makes sense for families: a bedroom for the parents, a children's room with two separate beds that closes off with a sliding door, and a shared bathroom with shower. The balcony – with views over the valley and village – is accessible from the master bedroom.

The Double Room PAULUS gets the sun all day – and it shows. At 37 m², it feels more like a proper living space than just somewhere to sleep: warm wood, soft fabrics, a walk-in wardrobe that actually gives you room to settle in. The semi-open bathroom with rain shower flows naturally into the room – no doors, no fuss. The separate WC with bidet is tucked away just next to it.

The Suite TAL is around 42 m² and consists of a bedroom and a living room with seating area, separable by a sliding door; the shower bathroom is accessible from both rooms. So is the shared balcony – with views over the valley and village. As a couple, you have plenty of room to spread out. With children, there's a whole extra room. The room is air-conditioned – for those who like it on the cooler side, even in summer.
