In the morning...
Take your seats, make yourself comfortable and relax. Don't get up. Breakfast is served directly at your table. Whether in our spacious living room or on the terrace, wherever you prefer. You will find your own private breakfast served on our breakfast platter with the products carefully chosen by us from small farms and local producers or are homemade. The best thing is that your breakfast is always varied and colourful, because every day there is something different and new. In addition to our breakfast platter, we also offer a daily changing breakfast menu served directly to your table. Indulge in a homemade vitamin smoothie, a sweet and savory dish, and a wide selection of egg dishes to choose from. Everything for a slow and relaxed start to your day.
In the afternoon...
The “Marende” is and always has been part of life on South Tyrolean farms, it has a long tradition and is an integral part of the day. So it is at PETRUS: every day from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm you are invited to join us for a small afternoon snack. There are sweet and savoury dishes, salads, soups and homemade cakes; it’s just the thing for a mid-afternoon snack. As you like it.
In the evening…
... we serve dinner every day from 7.00 pm. Although there is a menu full of our favourite dishes, it’s up to you to decide how to create your meal. You can choose from the dishes and specials of the day, or if you prefer, you can have one or two dishes or even just a simple salad. We are flexible and gladly adapt to your wishes.
Good to know
If you book overnight stays with breakfast, the small afternoon snack, "Marende", is also included. In the evening, you can decide spontaneously whether to eat out or in the Petrus.Restaurant. Or whether the Kaiserschmarrn on the alpine hut was already enough. With gourmet half-board, you can also eat out and try one of our many favorite restaurants in the area. In this case we will credit you for the evening meal!
