Excellent cuisine at the Gourmethotel am Kronplatz 4 * S Hotel Petrus

Falstaff has awarded our restaurant "Kaminstube" with 88 points. The Falstaff tester therefor are of the same opinion as our guests: The kitchen in the gourmet hotel Kronplatz is simply great! We are extremely proud of our Team with chef Fabian Kammerer und Youssef Farsan!

Good food is very important to me and my family - for ourselves as well as for you, our guests. Because good food is one of the most important sources of vitality, health and vitality. We rely on a natural, regional, straightforward cuisine. It is always the taste of the ingredients in the foreground. Honest culinary art at its best - which tastes incredibly good!

Best ingredients from our own organic garden

Only freshly harvested fruit and vegetables go into our cooking pots and they come from our own big garden. My father personally tends to the garden with his green fingers, lots of gardening passion and plenty of knowledge.Furthermore, the following applies to all other ingredients: only the best, preferably regional and organic and from the suppliers we trust.
