The toqued restaurant at the Plan de Corones
Our head chef Rudi Leimegger has been with us for almost 30 years. And our guests have waxed ecstatic about our cuisine for just as long. So we decided in 2008 to open an à-la-carte restaurant in our hotel. That was the birth of the Kaminstube, which was awarded a toque by Gault Millau in 2016. Not only our hotel guests love the restaurant, it is also an insider’s tip among the locals. You can sit in the stylish restaurant by the crackling fire and enjoy the excellent meals.
